At Tail Activewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective envelope, ensuring all original hangtags remain attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
